赵罗曼，汉族，河南新乡人。博士毕业于德国亚琛工业大学建筑学院景观建筑所城市规划专业，硕士毕业于东南大学yl23411永利集团官网环境与景观设计专业，本科毕业于南京理工大学设计艺术与传媒学院环境设计专业。yl23411永利集团官网讲师、助理教授。
